Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) of Crush Tendance
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered by Crush Tendance. Any order placed on our site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

  1. Products
    The products available for sale on the site are described and presented with the greatest accuracy possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen display differences or model updates. Photos are not contractual.

  2. Pricing
    Product prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are added to the total price during order confirmation and vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

    Crush Tendance reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

  3. Order Process
    To place an order, the customer must:

    • Select the desired products and add them to the cart.
    • Create an account or log in to an existing account.
    • Confirm the contents of the cart and choose a delivery method.
    • Select a payment method and proceed with payment.

    Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the order details. Crush Tendance reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including in the case of a previous dispute with the customer.

  4. Payment
    Payment is due at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods include:

    • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
    • PayPal.
    • Other payment methods offered on the site.

    Transactions are secured through encryption protocols (SSL) to ensure data confidentiality.

  5. Delivery
    Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Crush Tendance offers several delivery options (standard, express, etc.), with estimated times and costs specified at checkout.

    Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method and destination. Crush Tendance cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to postal services or other external providers.

  6. Right of Withdrawal
    In accordance with current legal provisions, the customer has a 15-day period from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product.

    Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

  7. Returns and Refunds
    Returns are accepted within 15 days after receipt of the order. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.

    Once the product is returned and inspected, Crush Tendance will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  8. Legal Warranty
    Products sold on Crush Tendance are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In cases of non-compliance or defects, the customer may request a replacement or refund.

  9. Liability
    Crush Tendance is committed to accurately describing the products sold on its site and ensuring that information is up to date. However, we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions in product presentations or for out-of-stock situations.

  10. Intellectual Property
    All elements of the Crush Tendance site (texts, images, logos, graphics, etc.) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, use, or exploitation of these elements without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

  11. Personal Data
    Information collected during the order process is necessary for transaction management and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In compliance with applicable laws, the customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.

  12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These T&Cs are governed by Malagasy law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. If no resolution is reached, the competent courts will be those in the jurisdiction of Crush Tendance's headquarters.
